Production & Quality
The mission
Support the production manager in the daily manufacturing of personalised formulas. You work across the entire production chain, from raw material preparation to final packaging.
Responsibilities
- Participate in daily production of individualised formulas (weighing, blending, packaging)
- Apply manufacturing protocols in compliance with ISO 22000 standards
- Ensure batch-level traceability for every formula produced
- Prepare and verify raw materials before each production cycle
- Contribute to maintaining laboratory cleanliness and order
- Participate in bioactive stock management and flag replenishment needs
Desired profile
- Training or first experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food production
- Awareness of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulated environments
- Precision and meticulousness in task execution (milligram-level dosing)
- Rigorous, punctual and highly organised
- Comfortable with digital production tracking tools

Support the quality manager in monitoring and maintaining the laboratory's quality system. You contribute to daily regulatory compliance, from raw material reception to batch control.
Responsibilities
- Participate in monitoring the laboratory's overall quality plan
- Perform sampling and controls on incoming raw materials
- Verify and file supplier certificates of analysis
- Contribute to the preparation of internal and external audits (ISO 22000, regulatory bodies)
- Update quality documentation and ensure proper archiving
- Participate in regulatory watch on dietary supplements
- Follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Desired profile
- Degree in quality, pharmacy, chemistry or food science
- First experience or internship in quality assurance in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP or GMP frameworks
- Attention to detail and documentary rigour
- Organisational skills and methodical mindset

The mission
Design and evolve Singular's technical infrastructure: formulation engine, member interfaces, internal tools and back-office. You work on a system where every line of code directly impacts the quality of the product delivered.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve the probabilistic formulation engine
- Build member-facing interfaces and internal administration tools
- Integrate third-party connectors (Google Cloud, email services, postal tracking, dynamic labelling via PrintNode)
- Maintain and evolve HDS-compliant infrastructure on AWS
- Contribute to the integration of AI models into the user journey
- Write tested, documented and peer-reviewed code
Tech stack
TypeScript monorepo, Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL + Prisma, AWS (Terraform, Qovery), GitHub Actions, Claude Code
Desired profile
- Minimum 3 years of full-stack TypeScript development experience
- Strong experience with Next.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS) and infrastructure as code
- Awareness of health data security requirements (HDS, GDPR)

- Structure partnership proposals and negotiate agreements

Design and execute the acquisition and retention strategy for Singular members. You drive growth with a data-driven approach, aligned with the brand's premium positioning.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the acquisition strategy (SEO, content, paid, referral)
- Optimise conversion funnels from first contact to subscription
- Analyse key metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, churn) and drive iterations
- Coordinate campaigns with content, product and design teams
- Experiment with new acquisition channels consistent with Clinical Luxury positioning
- Set up tracking and attribution tools
Desired profile
- Minimum 4 years of growth marketing experience, ideally in premium B2C or health
- Mastery of analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude or equivalent)

- Brand positioning sensitivity: knowing how to grow without diluting the image
