The concept and science
The powder format is not an aesthetic choice but a technical requirement to ensure the effectiveness of your supplementation.
Immediate dissolution: Without a capsule shell to dissolve, bioactives are already in solution when taken. Dissolving in water allows absorption to begin in the stomach.
Precision dosing: We adjust each ingredient to the milligram based on your biological profile. This precision would be impossible with standardized capsules with fixed doses.
Complete formulation: The equivalent of our formula in capsules would require swallowing over 40 tablets per day — an impractical and less effective approach.
Zero unnecessary excipients: No gelatin, no colorants, no bulking agents. Only the essential bioactives and their optimized galenic matrix.
To learn more about our scientific approach, visit the Handbook > Supplementation.
We select each bioactive according to strict criteria of purity, traceability and human evidence.
Qualified origin: Each supplier-product combination is assessed before selection against regulatory compliance, specifications, analytical controls, traceability and material-specific risks.
Batch controls: Every receipt is checked for identity, integrity, labelling and traceability. Where our risk-based policy requires a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis, it must exactly match the batch received and meet its specifications.
Selected forms: We favour forms whose bioavailability is supported by clinical research, such as bisglycinate for certain minerals or methylated forms of certain B vitamins.
French manufacturing: Your formula is manufactured in our French laboratory under a Food Safety Plan based on Good Hygiene Practices and HACCP principles.
Documented transparency: In your member area, each ingredient in your formula is documented with its origin, chemical form and scientific references.

Singular currently has 14 patented bioactives in its library.
This count includes bioactives whose product, composition, form or manufacturing process has been covered by at least one granted patent, whether still in force or expired, in at least one territory. A patent does not, by itself, constitute proof of efficacy.
No. A blood test is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended to maximize the personalization of your formula.
Without blood test: You receive a formula built on your health questionnaire alone — sex at birth, year of birth, current pregnancy or breastfeeding, declared health situations, allergies and current treatments. These answers serve above all to secure your intake: they exclude the bioactives that are not suitable for you and cap certain amounts.
With blood test: Personalization reaches a higher level. Our algorithm adjusts dosages based on your actual biological values — not population averages.
Our recommendation: If you don't have a recent test, start with the questionnaire alone. You can import a test at any time to refine your formula in the next cycle.
Concrete impact: Several bioactives — iron, zinc, selenium, copper and vitamins B6, B9 and B12 — are only added when the corresponding marker is present. Without a blood test, they do not appear in your formula; the others are delivered at their reference amount.
Yes, you can use an existing blood test under certain conditions.
Freshness criteria: The test must be less than 6 months old. Beyond that, your biological markers may have significantly changed.
Required biomarkers: Our algorithm combines 31 biomarkers to personalize your formula. Your test must contain at least the essential markers (iron, vitamins B, D, lipid profile, etc.).
Reference document: Download our recommended biomarkers sheet (PDF) to check the compatibility of your existing test.
If your test is incomplete: You can still create your profile. Our algorithm adapts to available data, and you can complete it later with a more comprehensive test.
The benefits of your formula unfold over three distinct horizons, each corresponding to different biological mechanisms.
Short term (7-21 days): Some members report noticeable effects as early as this horizon. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal functioning of the nervous system; B vitamins, to normal energy-yielding metabolism. What you feel varies from one person to the next.
Medium term (1-3 months): Body reserves are gradually rebuilt. Their kinetics vary with the nutrient, starting level, dose, measurement method, and context. A new measurement is interpreted against those kinetics and the applicable uncertainty; an early measurement may mainly reflect a response that has not stabilized.
Long term (3-12 months): Some effects require several biological cycles before they can be assessed. Follow-up relies on relevant markers and documented experience; elapsed time alone does not establish a benefit.
Our recommendation: A second blood test around 3 months is a practical reference point, not a universal threshold. Further timing is tailored to each marker, the clinical context, and result stability; an interval of roughly 6 months may suit some follow-up plans. Your formula will be automatically recalibrated based on your new results.
See the Handbook > Tracking to optimize your protocol over time.
Your nutritional study follows a structured path, from collecting your data to composing your formula.
Step 1: the health questionnaire. You provide your sex, year of birth, any pregnancy or breastfeeding, your health situations, allergies, and current treatments. This information activates the nutritional precautions relevant to your profile.
Step 2: importing your blood test (recommended). You import the PDF of your results. Our system extracts the values, which you verify and confirm before any calculation.
Step 3: composing your formula. Using your validated data, the engine selects the relevant bioactives and calibrates their quantities to the milligram.
Profile updates: Any change to an allergy, health situation, or current treatment triggers a new assessment. A new version is created only when the composition changes. It then applies to your next shipments.
Singular is a nutritional personalization service for wellness purposes. The nutritional study is neither a medical examination nor a diagnosis. Your doctor or pharmacist remains your point of reference.
To learn more about the method, see our protocol.
Because the questionnaire only collects what genuinely changes something in your formula.
One data point, one decision: Every piece of information we ask for must trigger an identified formulation rule. Your sex, your year of birth, any pregnancy or breastfeeding, your health situations, your allergies, and your current treatments all meet this criterion: they exclude a bioactive, cap a quantity, or adjust its level. A question about your habits that nothing would read would be health data kept without use, and we do not allow ourselves that.
What your blood already says about your habits: Your diet shows in your reserves (ferritin, transferrin saturation, folate, vitamins B12 and B6, zinc, selenium, magnesium, vitamin D). Your sun exposure shows in 25-OH vitamin D, which sums up the weeks gone by. Your alcohol intake shows in gamma-GT and ALT. Your body composition shows in insulin, HOMA-IR, triglycerides, and hs-CRP. These markers do not measure what we believe we do, but what the body actually holds, and it is that result which sets the milligram.
Sampling conditions, rather than a checkbox: Tobacco, alcohol, an intense session, or a sleepless night temporarily shift several markers. Rather than asking you to estimate them, we ask you to neutralize their effect at the time of the blood draw: the form you hand to your laboratory specifies fasting, no alcohol for 24 hours, no unusual exertion, and an ordinary night's sleep. Physical activity also alters creatinine: this is precisely why we add cystatin C, whose level depends neither on muscle mass nor on diet.
What we do not measure, and what we do about it: Sleep and stress have no equivalent in our panel. The bioactives related to them, glycine and L-theanine, are already in every formula at the quantity set by our scientific dossiers: no answer from you would change it. Asking a question we could not act on would add nothing. Conversely, as soon as a blood test is imported, your everyday levers (diet and physical activity) are suggested to you from your markers, in your member area.
You import your blood test as a PDF or as a JPEG photo. These two formats cover both the report sent by your laboratory and a clear photograph of your results.
Several files, one blood test: If your results are spread across several pages or images, import them together. Singular automatically combines them into a single document before analysis. You do not need to merge them yourself beforehand.
Limits to keep in mind: Up to 15 files per upload, within a total of 15 pages once combined, with each file staying under 50 MB.
A tip for reading: A well-framed, sharp, well-lit photo makes the automatic extraction of your values easier. You always review and confirm the extracted values before any calculation.
Singular places each value from your blood test within its own nutritional reference framework, oriented toward your optimal targets.
The Singular ranges: Our reference framework, built from the scientific literature, the EFSA Nutrient Reference Values, and the expertise of consulted nutritionists, pharmacists, and longevity experts. It places each marker relative to its optimal target, across five levels: very low, low, optimal, high, very high.
What this reading is for: It allows our engine to adjust your formula's dosages according to your actual biology, rather than population averages. Each marker taken into account is documented with its scientific sources in your member area.
The link with your laboratory: The Singular ranges aim at the nutritional optimum. They do not replace the reference values issued by your laboratory, which appear on your report and serve the medical analysis.
What this reading is not: This categorization is nutritional, not medical. It makes no diagnosis and does not interpret your results clinically. The medical analysis of your results is for your doctor.
Singular keeps the biomarkers that are genuine levers of precision longevity: the ones your formula can act on.
A single selection test: every marker we analyze must inform a concrete decision, whether calibrating a dose, adjusting a nutritional suggestion, tracking how a biological parameter evolves, or safeguarding your intake.
A deliberately focused scope: a panel of more than 80 or 100 markers serves broad medical screening. Ours targets the markers directly tied to the nutritional levers of your longevity, the ones your formula can activate.
The concrete benefit: this approach limits cost, complexity and hard-to-interpret data, while covering the major systems that shape your longevity (metabolism, inflammation, lipids, liver, kidney, vitamins, minerals and methylation).
What this selection is not: a comprehensive health check-up. It serves the nutritional personalization of your precision formula and makes no diagnosis.
Overall coherence is the central advantage of a single calibrated formula, compared to stacking several supplements.
One plan, not accumulated products: All your bioactives are designed together. The same nutrient is never supplied by two sources, which rules out the unintended duplicates common when combining several off-the-shelf products.
Dosages bounded by your profile: Each ingredient is dosed according to your measured need and stays within the regulatory limits for dietary supplements. If a marker indicates an already sufficient intake, the corresponding ingredient is not included.
Managing absorption interactions: Our engine accounts for known interactions between nutrients (the zinc/copper pair, or vitamin C increasing iron absorption, for example) by adjusting dosages, or even removing an ingredient, where separate supplements would leave these interactions to chance.
A formula that evolves, not one that adds up: With each new blood test, dosages are revised upward or downward. The formula adjusts to your reserves instead of accumulating intakes that have become unnecessary.
Consumer genetic tests identify DNA variants associated with statistical predispositions. It's an active research field, but its applications for supplementation remain limited.
What DNA can provide: Certain documented polymorphisms (MTHFR for folate metabolism, CYP2D6 for pharmacogenomics) are scientifically established. They reveal a biological terrain, a susceptibility.
What DNA cannot do: "Nutrigenomic" panels associate isolated variants with bioactive recommendations. However, each variant explains only a tiny fraction of individual variability (5-15% for polygenic scores). No randomized clinical trial has demonstrated that genotype-guided supplementation produces better outcomes than an approach based on blood biomarkers.
Singular's approach: Your blood biomarkers measure the actual state of your body at a given moment. A low vitamin D level calls for concrete action. A genetic polymorphism, without an associated measurement, remains a theoretical probability. This is why Singular bases its personalization on direct measurement, recalibrated with each new blood test.
In summary: DNA is a blueprint; a blood test is a building inspection. To calibrate a precision formula, only direct measurement enables you to act with certainty.
The concept of "cycles" with mandatory breaks comes from standardized supplements with fixed doses. It does not apply to a formula calibrated to your biology.
Why breaks exist in the standard model: When a supplement contains arbitrary doses (often high to "impress"), the body accumulates certain nutrients beyond its needs. The break prevents excess.
Why Singular does not require breaks: Your formula is dosed to the milligram based on your actual blood values. If your ferritin is optimal, iron is simply not included. There is no risk of overdosing since each ingredient addresses a measured need.
Our recommendation: Landmarks of 3 months and then roughly 6 months may suit some follow-up plans, but they are not a universal schedule. The next test is adapted to the markers, their kinetics, the method and the clinical context.
Some nutrients can affect the absorption of others when taken at the same time.
Documented interactions:
- Calcium can reduce iron absorption when they are taken together;
- Zinc and copper compete (excess zinc reduces copper absorption);
- Vitamin C improves iron absorption; at high dose over a prolonged period, it lowers a blood marker of copper status;
- Polyphenols in tea and coffee can notably reduce iron absorption.
The advantage of an integrated formula: Forms and dosages are selected with documented interactions in mind from the design stage. Supplements added outside Singular should be reviewed separately.
Practical rule: If you take supplements outside Singular, avoid taking iron and a large calcium dose at the same time. As a precaution, leave at least 60 minutes between iron and tea or coffee.
Effectiveness depends entirely on the match between the supplement and the body's actual need.
The problem with generic formulas: Taking a standard multivitamin when you have no measured shortfall provides no measurable benefit. Meta-analyses (Annals of Internal Medicine, 2013; JAMA, 2022) conclude that blind supplementation has no significant impact on general population health.
What science allows us to assess: After a documented shortfall is addressed, a follow-up panel can describe how vitamin D, iron, or magnesium markers evolve. Timing depends on each marker's kinetics, method, and measurement uncertainty; no shared within-weeks timeframe demonstrates individual effectiveness by itself.
Singular's approach: Your blood test identifies precisely what your body needs. No default supplementation. Each bioactive in your formula addresses a measured need. This match is what makes the difference between a useless supplement and effective calibration.
The most reliable way is blood biomarker analysis. It measures what your body actually has, not what population averages suggest.
Warning signs: Persistent fatigue, sleep disturbances, immune fragility, slow recovery after exercise, hair loss, dry skin. These signs are non-specific and can have multiple causes.
Why a questionnaire alone is not enough: Two people of the same age, sex, and lifestyle can have vitamin D needs varying by a factor of 10. Subjective feelings do not detect a borderline ferritin level or elevated homocysteine.
Our recommendation: Get a blood test including key nutritional markers (vitamins D, B12, B9, iron/ferritin, magnesium, zinc). The results will objectively tell you whether supplementation is justified and at what dosages.
Usage and daily life
Preparation is simple and fits naturally into your morning routine.
Dosage: Three level scoops (dosing spoon provided in your welcome kit) correspond to your personalized daily dose, no more and no less.
Preparation:
- Pour the powder into the kinetic shaker provided
- Add 200-300 ml of fresh or room temperature water
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds
- Consume immediately
Temperature: Use fresh or room-temperature water.
Storage: Keep your Miron jar away from light and moisture. The violet glass naturally protects bioactives from UV degradation.
We took on the technical challenge of making a highly concentrated formula pleasant to consume daily.
The challenge: Some powerful bioactives (curcumin, NAC, broccoli extract) naturally have a pronounced bitterness. This is the price of their effectiveness.
Our solution: We use ActiMask, a natural flavor technology that neutralizes bitterness without masking the vegetal notes. A touch of stevia (Reb A 97%, the purest form) adds a slight roundness.
Available profiles: Lemon (morning freshness) or Red Fruits (fruity sweetness). You can change your flavor profile with each monthly refill.
In all honesty: The formula remains functional before being gourmet. It is not a pleasure drink but a precision ritual, brief and daily.
The context of consumption can influence the absorption of certain bioactives.
Recommended timing: Take your dose with your first meal of the day. A small amount of dietary fat (butter, olive oil, avocado) supports the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients (vitamins D, K, curcumin, etc.).
If you practice intermittent fasting: Take your dose during your first eating window, with a meal containing some dietary fat.
Recommended drink: Mix the powder into 200 to 300 ml of still or sparkling water.
If your formula contains iron: Avoid a large amount of milk or calcium at the same time. As a precaution, leave at least 60 minutes between your formula and tea or coffee.
Singular recommends one daily intake. At the same daily dose, available human evidence does not establish that splitting the complete formula provides additional clinical benefit.
Some bioactives have been studied at specific times, especially before bedtime in sleep studies. However, these protocols do not compare both schedules for the complete formula.
One intake simplifies the daily routine and supports consistency. Take your dose with your first meal, ideally including some dietary fat.
If your formula contains iron, avoid a large amount of milk or calcium at the same time. As a precaution, leave at least 60 minutes between your formula and tea or coffee.
This recommendation provides a coherent balance for the complete formula rather than attempting to optimize each bioactive in isolation.
Our formulation takes the allergies declared in your profile into account.
Dietary requirements: The health profile has no dietary-preference field, so the formulation applies no dietary rule. The formula contains no animal gelatin and no capsule: it is delivered as a powder. Some bioactives remain animal-derived, such as collagen or fish-sourced omega-3. If you follow a particular diet, write to us before ordering: we will review the composition with you.
Allergies you can declare:
- Crustaceans;
- Dairy;
- Egg;
- Fish;
- Gluten;
- Mushrooms;
- Peanuts;
- Sesame;
- Soy;
- Sulphites;
- Tree nuts.
Impact on your formula: The formulation evaluates each selected supplier product using its complete allergen declaration, which covers the commercial material as purchased, including its excipients. If a declared allergen is identified as a component or trace risk, the engine removes the relevant bioactive. The formula may remain unchanged if it already contained no affected material.
For an allergy not listed here, or if you are unsure, contact our team before ordering.
Declared health situations are used to apply predefined nutritional precaution rules.
What our engine does: During the questionnaire or a profile update, it compares your declarations with the active safety rules. Depending on the applicable rule, it may remove a bioactive, lower its tier, or cap its quantity.
A formula may remain unchanged: Some declarations require no direct adjustment. The same applies if the relevant bioactive was already absent or already met the applicable cap.
After a profile update: If you already have a formula, it is reassessed. A new version is created only when its composition changes. It then applies to your next shipments.
This assessment is nutritional and has no medical purpose. Your doctor remains the appropriate professional to assess your health situation.
The treatments you declare are used to apply predefined nutritional precaution rules.
Treatment families taken into account:
- VKA anticoagulants;
- Direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs/NOACs);
- Antiplatelet agents;
- Antidiabetic medication;
- Thyroid hormones;
- Immunosuppressants;
- Nitrates;
- Ongoing chemotherapy or immunotherapy.
Impact on your formula: Depending on the declared family, the engine may remove a bioactive, lower its tier, or cap its quantity. The formula remains unchanged when no relevant bioactive is present.
System limits: This assessment covers predefined treatment families. It does not analyse the exact medication, its dose, or your dosing schedule. It is therefore not a comprehensive drug interaction check.
If you are following a treatment, seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist before starting your formula. Please also inform Singular whenever your treatment changes.
Your formula is designed for regular daily use, at a fixed, personalized dose.
Quantity: One daily dose of three level scoops, measured with the dosing spoon provided in your welcome kit. This dose corresponds exactly to the dosages calculated for your profile, no more, no less.
Frequency: One intake per day, to be diluted in 200 to 300 ml of water. The recommended timing is with your first meal, as some dietary fat supports the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients.
Duration: There is no systematic break common to every formula. The relevance of each bioactive is reassessed at follow-up tests and renewals. A second blood test around 3 months, followed by monitoring around 6 months, are adaptable landmarks: the useful interval depends on the markers, their kinetics, the method and the clinical context.
Good to know: Singular provides personalized nutritional suggestions, not a medical dosage regimen. If you are following a treatment, ask your doctor or pharmacist about how to take it.
Singular offers several accessories designed to fit your daily routine:
- Miron anti-UV jar (2 L) — your main jar, made of violet biophotonic glass that protects your formula from light and preserves its quality
- Small travel jar (50 cl) — approximately 6 doses, ideal for a weekend
- Large travel jar (1 L) — approximately 12 doses, perfect for longer trips
- Shaker (50 cl) — to prepare and take your dose on the go
Subscription and evolution
Blood can be drawn at any medical laboratory of your choice. We provide a PDF form listing the biomarkers and sampling methods to follow.
Preparing for the blood draw:
- Fasting and timing: have your blood drawn in the morning, after a 12-hour fast. Water is allowed. Avoid coffee, tea, energy drinks and smoking before the draw, as well as alcohol during the previous 24 hours;
- Physical activity: avoid intense physical activity beyond your usual routine during the previous 24 hours. After a heavy strength-training session that is very unusual for you, wait at least 7 days before the blood draw if possible;
- Context: aim for your usual sleep and morning routine. If you have been awake all night, have a fever or are experiencing an acute health episode, postpone the draw if possible. Sit quietly for 15 minutes before the blood draw;
- Supplements: to standardize your Singular blood test, pause non-prescribed dietary supplements 72 hours before the draw. Never change prescribed medication or supplements without advice from the healthcare professional overseeing them;
- Menstrual cycle: if you menstruate, record the day of your cycle and whether you are bleeding. For comparable results over time, test at a similar cycle phase when possible and avoid days of heavy bleeding.
If you could not follow one of these instructions, tell the laboratory and keep a note of it when comparing your results.
The procedure:
- Download the biomarker form;
- Make an appointment at the laboratory of your choice;
- For reimbursement, ask your doctor to countersign the form as is. Without reimbursement, hand it directly to the laboratory;
- Collect your results, usually within 24 to 48 hours;
- Import the PDF into your Singular space.
Multi-file import: If your test is spread across multiple pages or documents, you can import multiple PDF or JPG files. Our system will merge them automatically.
Total time: The blood draw usually takes 5 to 10 minutes. Importing into Singular takes about 30 seconds.
Estimated cost: Without a prescription, the complete Singular blood test costs on average between €220 and €250 depending on the laboratory. With a prescription from your doctor, the test may be partially reimbursed by the French health insurance system.
This situation is common and does not prevent Singular from working.
What happens: If a biomarker is missing from your imported test, our algorithm applies safety logic. It never guesses a value — it simply adapts the formulation to available data.
Your options:
- Manual addition: If you have the value (old test, other document), you can add it manually in your member area.
- Leave as is: Personalization remains fully functional. Some ingredients will simply be disabled or dosed cautiously in the absence of corresponding markers.
Concrete examples:
- Without ferritin → iron is not included (overdose risk avoided)
- Without vitamin D → cautious standard dose applied
- Without lipid profile → omega-3 at base dose
Our philosophy: Better a slightly sub-optimized formula than one based on guesses. You can always complete your profile with a future test.
A second blood test around 3 months, followed by monitoring around 6 months, are practical landmarks, never universal intervals. The useful timing depends on the marker, intervention, method and clinical context.
Adaptable landmarks:
- Around 3 months: a first follow-up may document current values without proving the formula's effectiveness by itself.
- Thereafter: timing is set according to the kinetics of the markers followed and the decision to be made.
No obligation: The test is never required to continue your subscription. Your current formula continues to be manufactured and delivered even if you don't import a new test.
Total flexibility: You can import a new test at any time from your member area. Your formula will be automatically recalculated for the next manufacturing cycle.
Our advice: to compare two tests, prefer the same laboratory, the same method and similar sampling conditions. Change is interpreted with each marker's own uncertainty, not from calendar regularity alone.
Your biology is not static. Your formula shouldn't be either.
What evolves on your side:
- Your reserves: After a few months of supplementation, your initial shortfalls are filled. Continuing the same dosages would be ineffective, even counterproductive.
- Your environment: Work stress, seasons, physical activity, sleep quality — all these factors modulate your nutritional needs.
- Your age: Needs naturally evolve over time (metabolism, intestinal absorption, hormonal needs).
What evolves on Singular's side:
- Our bioactives library: We regularly expand our catalog with new ingredients validated by scientific research. A newly available bioactive may be integrated into your formula if it matches your profile.
- Our formulation engine: Interaction rules, optimal dosages, and synergies are continuously refined according to the latest scientific publications. Your formula automatically benefits from these improvements.
Our approach:
- With each new blood test imported, our algorithm recalculates your formula
- Dosages are adjusted up or down based on your new markers
- Some ingredients may be added or removed
It's included: Formula recalculation is free and unlimited. You only pay for the manufacturing and delivery of your monthly formula.
This is the very essence of Singular: dynamic support, not a frozen product.
The subscription price is fixed. It covers the monthly manufacturing of your formula and the system that calibrates it, of which the number of bioactives is one outcome.
What the subscription covers:
- Sourcing and control of raw materials, batch by batch, against our purity and traceability criteria;
- Custom manufacturing in our French laboratory, under a food safety plan based on GHP and HACCP principles;
- Re-evaluation of your formula with every new blood test and every profile update, free and unlimited;
- Application of your declared allergies, health situations and treatments to each new version;
- Monthly delivery and the welcome kit.
The nutritional study and the generation of your formula remain free, with or without a subscription.
Why the count varies from one profile to another: your formula retains the bioactives your biology justifies. A marker already within its target removes the corresponding intake. A shorter formula reflects a calibration adjusted to your actual needs.
Why the count does not measure value: raw material costs vary widely from one bioactive to another. A patented form, a standardized extract and a chelated mineral do not share the same purchase cost. Quantities vary too, as the same bioactive can be dosed at twice the amount from one profile to another. Two formulas with the same count therefore mobilize different resources.
What a single rate guarantees: no commercial incentive pushes toward lengthening your formula. A bioactive is retained because your profile justifies it, and for no other reason. Your monthly payment stays the same, whatever the evolution of your formula.
A multivitamin bills a product. Singular bills an analysis, a formulation, individual manufacturing and delivery.
Different scopes: a standard multivitamin costs between €10 and €30 per month. It delivers the same dose to everyone, with no biological analysis. A quiz-based pack costs between €25 and €50 per month, based on your declared answers. Singular calibrates your formula on your measured biomarkers, then manufactures it for your profile alone.
The cost of the forms we retain: the standard industry optimizes cost per capsule. For each bioactive we retain a form whose absorption is documented, and most often the one used in the clinical trials that support it. Depending on the bioactive, these forms cost 3 to 15 times more than their generic equivalents. Our library includes 14 patented bioactives, whose form or manufacturing process is protected. Magnesium illustrates the gap: oxide, common in the industry, costs 8 to 12 times less than bisglycinate. The detail is published in our bioactives library.
The cost of individual manufacturing: a multivitamin is produced in identical runs of several thousand units. Your formula is weighed and assembled for you, in our laboratory in France. Every raw material is checked batch by batch, under a food safety plan based on HACCP principles.
What the price also includes: the re-evaluation of your formula with every blood test and every profile update. Monthly delivery and the welcome kit are included, with no commitment. Rebuilding equivalent coverage from separate supplements of comparable quality represents €450 to €600 per month, and more than 40 capsules a day.
What the price does not include: the blood draw, performed by the laboratory of your choice. Without a prescription, the complete Singular panel costs on average €220 to €250. With a prescription from your doctor, part of it may be reimbursed depending on your country.
Our position: a quality multivitamin covers basic intake and remains relevant for anyone not seeking individual calibration. Singular answers a different need, that of adjusting each intake to a measured biology. The detailed comparison presents the three approaches.
We want you to be fully satisfied, while respecting the personalized nature of our formulas.
First order: If your first formula doesn't suit you, contact our team within 14 days of receipt. We study each situation individually and look for an appropriate solution.
Opened product: Given the personalized and perishable nature of our formulas (made for you), we cannot take back opened products. In case of quality issues (abnormal taste, texture, damaged packaging), contact us immediately for a replacement.
Subscription suspension:
- Log into your member area
- Go to "Subscription"
- Click on "Suspend protocol"
- Confirm your decision
No commitment: No minimum duration. You can suspend your subscription at any time, without fees or justification. Suspension is immediate: you will no longer be charged for future cycles. Any order already in preparation will still be delivered.
Reactivation possible: Changed your mind? You can use "Reactivate protocol" at any time from your member area. Your profile and formula history are preserved.
The right option depends mainly on how your dates away relate to your next due date, rather than on the duration alone. First check that due date in the "Subscription" section of your member area.
If the due date falls outside your absence: Also allow for preparation and transit time. You do not need to take action if the estimated transit window stays clearly before your departure or after your return; an arrival date can never be guaranteed. The travel containers in the welcome kit also let you take some of your formula with you for a short trip.
Bring a shipment forward at the right time: When it fits your schedule and the "Trigger shipment" button is enabled in "Subscription", the confirmation screen shows the amount billed today and the new due date before you confirm. Confirming creates a separate order and immediately starts its preparation. It will ship within 24 business hours: this is a shipping timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Formula used: No specific version is promised when you confirm. As with a normal renewal, the latest ACTIVE formula when production starts is used. If you generate a new formula before then, it will replace the previous one for this order.
Effect on the schedule: The current due date is cancelled and the next due date is moved one calendar month forward from it. The date actually shown in your member area is authoritative.
If you will be away for several months: Depending on your preference, you can:
- Use a temporary delivery address: change the address before the relevant order or orders, then restore your usual address before the next order that should be delivered there. The changed address remains in use until your next update; an order that has already been created keeps the address recorded when it was created;
- Receive several months in advance: trigger several early shipments successively. Wait until each trigger is confirmed as successful and the updated due date is displayed before deciding and voluntarily confirming the next one. Never resubmit an action that is still processing or whose outcome is uncertain.
There is no field for choosing an exact due date or delivery frequency. Use "Trigger shipment" at the appropriate time based on the due date shown, your dates away, and preparation and transit times.

Your monthly refill is delivered in 2 sachets of 1.5 L each, accompanied by desiccant packets.
How to use:
- Pour the contents of the first sachet into your Miron anti-UV jar (2 L)
- Place a desiccant packet inside the jar to absorb moisture

Why 2 sachets? This packaging preserves the freshness of your blend and limits oxidation: the second sachet remains sealed until use, which ensures optimal quality of your ingredients down to the last dose.
Data and security
HDS is the French acronym for Hébergeur de Données de Santé. This certification framework governs the hosting of personal health data.
Verified scopes: For relevant processing, we select services and regions included in our providers' applicable HDS-certified scopes. We verify their exact coverage before use.
Complementary controls: Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2 or later. Access follows individual identity, least-privilege and traceability principles; critical workflows are monitored and covered by incident-management procedures.
Food Safety Plan: Our laboratory applies Good Hygiene Practices and procedures based on HACCP principles — a preventive method for analysing and controlling food-safety hazards.

Persistent health data and structured blood-test extraction are configured in European regions within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Hosting: For relevant processing, we use services included in our providers' applicable HDS-certified scopes. Certification applies to the provider and defined scope, not to Singular itself.
GDPR compliance: We apply the General Data Protection Regulation. You have rights including access, rectification, erasure and portability, subject to the conditions set by applicable law.
Encryption:
- At rest: AES-256

Controlled processing: Your data is neither sold nor rented. Essential technical providers may process a limited set of data to deliver the service, under contract and, where a transfer outside the EEA is necessary, with the safeguards required by GDPR.
For more details, see our privacy policy.
Access to your biological data is strictly limited and traced.
You: You can access the data and results available in your member area.
Automated processing: Your biological values are processed automatically to generate your formula. Where human intervention is necessary, only authorised people may access the data strictly required for their role and task.
Support: At your request, our team may consult the elements needed to assist you. Sensitive access is controlled and logged.
Technical providers: Processors essential to operating the service receive only the data they need, under contract. Your health data is neither sold nor disclosed to insurers, employers or pharmaceutical companies for commercial purposes.
Your control: You can request export or erasure of your data under the conditions described in our privacy policy.
Yes. Many laboratories protect the PDF of your results with a password (often your date of birth). Singular handles these files directly.
How it works: If the file you import is locked, the app detects it and prompts you to enter its password. The file is then unlocked and the extraction of your values continues normally.
What happens to your password: It is used only to decrypt the file in memory, for the duration of the import. It is never kept, never written to our logs, and never shared with a third party.
Printing or copying restrictions: Some PDFs allow reading but limit printing or copying. These restrictions are removed automatically, without any password from you.
If unlocking fails: Check the password provided by your laboratory, then try again. You can also import an unprotected version of the document if you have one.
You can exercise your right to erasure at any time, in accordance with GDPR.
Procedure: Contact our support team to request the deletion of your account.
How to contact us:
- Email: support@singularlab.com
- Contact form in your member area
What will be permanently deleted:
- Your profile and health questionnaire
- Your imported blood tests

- Your payment data (deleted from Stripe)
Timeline: Deletion is effective within 30 days maximum after validation of your request.
Alternative: If you simply want to stop the subscription without deleting your data (to resume later), prefer the suspension option from your member area. Your profile will be preserved and you can reactivate at any time.
