Your formula for the month, manufactured for you, with desiccant pouches.
Set up your Miron jar
Pour
Empty the first pouch of your bioactive refill into the Miron jar.
Protect
Place the desiccant pouch on top of the powder: it absorbs residual moisture.
Store
Keep the jar closed, away from heat. Miron glass takes care of the light.
The second pouch stays sealed until the first one is finished: your blend keeps its freshness down to the last dose.
The daily ritual
Measure
Three level scoops, no more, no less: your daily dose, calibrated to the milligram.
Pour
Into the kinetic shaker, with 200 to 300 ml of cool or room-temperature water.
Shake
10 seconds, vigorously.
Drink
Immediately, ideally with your first meal: dietary fat supports the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients.
Three details
- →Avoid hot water (above 40°C), which degrades heat-sensitive bioactives;
- →Coffee or tea: allow 30 to 60 minutes, as their tannins reduce the absorption of some bioactives;
- →If you practice intermittent fasting, take your dose during your first eating window.
The monthly refill
Your refill arrives every month as 2 pouches of 1.5 L each, with desiccant pouches.
Pour
Empty the first pouch into your Miron jar.
Replace
Place a desiccant pouch on top of the powder, as on day one.
Repeat
Jar empty: open the second pouch and start again. Sealed until then, it keeps all its freshness.
The pouches are made of compostable cellulose. The box recycles with cardboard.
