The Foundations
The convictions, expertise and standards behind every Singular formula.

Kilian Füg
Engineering in service of the living
Singular was born from an observation of obsolescence.
Seeking to optimize my loved ones' longevity, I discovered an industry stuck in the last century. Everything is smoke and mirrors: dosages hidden behind "proprietary blends" and marketing promises disconnected from the latest science.
I spent fifteen years building high-technicality systems where complexity reigns. In 2010, I founded Sogexia and launched the first online payment accounts. Rather than assembling existing building blocks, I coded an entire banking architecture from a blank page. This architecture now serves more than 700,000 customers and convinced the European investment fund Capza to invest in 2024.
With this expertise, I decided to apply the same rigor from financial flows to biological flows. Applying an analytical framework, the verdict is clear: preventive health is treated with staggering technical aberration. Identical pills for everyone while our biologies are unique. Fixed dosages while our needs evolve. An industry built on a statistical average that doesn't exist.
I understood that to achieve the standard of excellence I was seeking, I would have to build it entirely. Not just a brand. A complete system where the formula is dictated by our own biology, and not by a marketing spreadsheet.
To transform this vision into a system, I built a management team and a scientific committee capable of carrying it forward every day with the rigor it deserves.
I set out that reasoning in Precision Longevity, a book written with the scientific teams of Singular.
One method, multiple areas of expertise
Singular retains responsibility for its method. Independent experts in nutrition, pharmacy, biology, and scientific quality are consulted to assess sources and refine generic formulation rules. They do not intervene in individual formulas.
Total verticality
The laboratory
We do not outsource manufacturing. Every formula is assembled in France, in our own laboratory, with documented traceability from the accepted supplier batch to the shipped formula.
- 100% in-house French manufacturing
- Food safety plan based on GHP and HACCP principles
- Batch-by-batch traceability
- Documented quality controls
The technology
At the heart of Singular, a probabilistic engine that rejects averages. It doesn't seek to simplify your biology, but to decode it at the N=1 scale.
- Integration of 31 biomarkers
- Over one billion combinations explored
- Milligram-precise dosing
- Continuous formulation rules updates
- Relevant services covered by our providers' HDS-certified scopes
The selection
Every bioactive in our library fights for its survival: it must pass three barriers before entering our engine. This rigor explains why some popular ingredients never appear in our formulas.
Documented bioavailability
The molecule must reach its biological target in active form after oral ingestion. This is the most frequent point of failure.
Human benefit
The effect must be demonstrated in humans, at a dose we deliver. Animal data complement the file; they do not ground it.
Favorable benefit-to-risk ratio
It opens only after the second. Adverse effects, interactions and toxicity signals can exclude an effective molecule.
Our library is not a catalog of trendy ingredients. It is a curated selection where every molecule must justify its place, and bring a function the others do not cover. No marketing stacking.
The 14 hallmarks of aging
Our approach is grounded in the fourteen hallmarks of cellular aging identified by López-Otín and Kroemer (Cell, 2025). This framework underpins precision geromedicine. Each bioactive in your formula is selected based on its relevance to one or more of these axes.

Accumulation of DNA damage over time, affecting genome integrity and cellular function.

All our bioactives are documented by scientific studies. Consult PubMed references for each component of your formula.
Strategic watch and pipeline
Longevity science evolves rapidly. We continuously monitor the Rejuvenation Roadmap (LifeSpan.io) to distinguish future interventions (gene therapies, senolytics, etc.) from scientifically validated molecules.
Singular acts as a safety filter: we only integrate an active when it reaches a level of human evidence proportionate to its class, never on a mere preclinical promise.
VIEW THE ROADMAPA public method with clear accountability
The Singular Scientific Editorial Team is responsible for the scientific content published on this website.
The Scientific Editorial Team
It selects topics, verifies sources, coordinates writing, and handles corrections.
Roles and responsibilities
The founder
Kilian Füg, founder and author of Precision Longevity, established Singular's editorial method. Its day-to-day application is carried out by the Scientific Editorial Team, under the authority of the publication director.
Consulted experts
Independent experts contribute to source assessment and generic formulation rules. They do not validate individual formulas.
Source selection
We prioritize primary sources and evidence syntheses with explicit methods.
- Guidance and opinions from competent public authorities;
- Systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and controlled trials published in peer-reviewed journals;
- Observational or mechanistic studies when they provide clearly identified context.
Checks before publication
Every PMID is checked in PubMed for its title, authors, and relevance to the cited statement.
Every nutrient health claim is checked against the EU Register of authorised health claims.
Updates
Every piece of content is reviewed at least once a year.
An earlier update is made in the following cases:
- Publication of a major source;
- Change to a regulatory rule or opinion;
- Change to the Singular service;
- Factual correction or editorial clarification.
Report an error
Reports are reviewed by the Scientific Editorial Team. A substantive correction updates the date displayed on the content.

What we refuse
No miracle powders. No hidden dosages. No "works for everyone."
No beliefs
Every ingredient is selected based on published scientific data. No trends. No fads. Science, or nothing.
No opacity
The origin, dosage, and justification for each bioactive are accessible in your space. What you take, you know why you take it.
No averages
Your formula is calculated for your biology. Not for a healthy 40-year-old man. For you.
No compromise
We refuse the generic forms that the industry imposes for cost savings. Every bioactive is selected in a form whose absorption is documented, even when it costs ten times more.
