Cookie Policy
Transparency and respect for your privacy
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website. It allows the site to remember certain information about your visit, such as your language preferences or login status, to make your browsing easier on future visits.
Our commitment: the bare minimum
At Singular, we apply the principle of data minimization. We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function and to secure your data. We do not use any advertising tracking or behavioral analysis cookies.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the website to function. They ensure the security of your connection and protect your data. Without these cookies, certain essential features could not be provided.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |

singular-session | Maintains your authenticated session. Allows the site to recognize you while browsing without requiring you to log in on every page. | 30 days |
sg-csrf | Protection against CSRF attacks (Cross-Site Request Forgery). Ensures that actions performed actually come from you. | Session |
cf_clearance | Cloudflare security verification. Protects the site against malicious bots and automated attacks. | 30 minutes |
singular_referral | Referral attribution. Ensures your referral benefit is properly attributed when you create your account. Contains only the referrer's code (no personal data, no profiling). | 30 days (deleted after attribution) |
These cookies are exempt from consent requirements under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) as they are strictly necessary for the provision of the service.
Audience measurement
We measure traffic on our sites with Umami, a tool Singular hosts on its own infrastructure, in Europe. This tool places no cookie or tracker in your browser. The data collected is minimized and anonymous: pages viewed as controlled keys, language, visit source category and performance metrics. No IP address or health data is retained in these statistics. No data is transmitted to third parties or matched with your account. These statistics are kept for thirteen months, then deleted automatically. This measurement meets the consent exemption conditions defined by the French data protection authority (CNIL), which is why this site displays no consent banner. No third-party advertising tracker is used.
You can object to this measurement at any time. The button below stores a setting in your browser; counting then stops for this browser. You can turn it back on whenever you wish. If you clear your browsing data, this setting disappears and measurement resumes.
Campaign attribution
When you arrive on this site from a Singular campaign and explicitly accept it through the dedicated banner, a "sg-acq-attribution" cookie (limited to this site, 30 days) links a possible account creation or order to that campaign. Without your agreement, no attribution cookie is set and your journey remains identical. This consent is separate from the audience measurement above; it can be withdrawn at any time below.
Cookie management
Since the cookies we use are strictly necessary for the site to function, they do not require your prior consent. However, you retain full control over cookies through your browser settings.
Browser settings
Each browser offers options to manage, limit, or delete cookies. Consult your browser's documentation:
Warning: Deleting session cookies will log you out of the site and may affect certain features.

- Right to rectification: have your inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
